Units for Sale at Spirit Ridge Resort
Spirit Ridge Resort is comprised of several buildings and unit sizes and styles.
In total, there are 226 separate units, and each unit has up to four owners, for a potential total of 904 owners. Currently, the resort has about 500 groups of owners as many people own more than one fraction.
Each building was constructed at a different time and all buildings have either undergone recent renovations or are slated to be renovated in the next 18 months.
The Spirit Ridge Owner Association does not facilitate the sale of any units or unit shares; please contact the real estate agent of your choice for any inquiries or unit showings. Please be aware that due to high resort occupancy, all showings must be coordinated with a real estate agent in advance.
Desert Suites
These suites were built in 2006 and renovated in 2020. They are on the west side of the property, and are all one-bedroom suites, some with one king bed and some with two queen beds. They have shared laundry facilities and a rooftop deck.
The Villas
The villas were built in 2008 and were renovated in 2021. They are on the west and northwest side of the property and are a mix of one, two- and three-bedroom suites. They have private, in-suite laundry facilities. There are no elevators in the villas.
Sagebrush Suites
These suites were built in 2009 and were renovated in 2023. They are on the northeast side of the property and are a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom suites. They have private, in-suite laundry facilities and direct access to the underground parkade.
Lavender Suites
These suites were built in 2010 and were renovated in January 2024. They are a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom suites. They are on the east side of the property and have private, in-suite laundry facilities, direct access to the underground parkade.
Sumac Suites
These suites were built in 2010. They are a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom suites. They are on the east side of the property and have private, in-suite laundry facilities and have direct access to the underground parkade.
Cactus Suites
These suites were built in 2012. They are a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom suites. They are on the southeast side of the property close to the golf course and have private, in-suite laundry facilities and have direct access to the underground parkade.
